Writing Status

Shortly after Gem Finder came back from F&SF, I looked at it again and figured out how to improve it for a different market. I dug up some new rewriting techniques, and have been giving it a go. Tuesday I completed the 1st of three editing read-throughs and am two-thirds through the second much longer read-through. The last will be the most intense and take the longest, but I think will be well worth it. As of right now, it is all I am working on. Once I send it back out, I will revisit Ancient History, a first draft of which I completed December 15.
