Update for 13 October 2024

Lots of news in this update, as I have been busy, busy, busy. I turned 53 about 9 days ago. Lancer is working again. Overall, life has gotten a little more stable, which has allowed me to maintain a writing workflow as well as attend to other business matters.

One thing that you may notice is something of a website redesign, some changes to the look and feel as well as content changes which have to do with shifting priorities. Gone are references to old works, none of which are where I am at right now as a writer (they mainly served as a placeholder for the things that are coming).

Which brings us to the things that are coming.

Due for Publication

Expected first quarter of 2025: Ancient History - some details here. I should have a cover reveal with the next update. So excite! 😁

Output - What I'm Writing

Nothing at the moment.

Status of Works

• The Destroyer - the first draft is complete, letting it rest before I start revisions.

• Ammat - a new concoction inspired by The Destroyer, awaiting my attention to begin drafting.

• Gem Finder - still awaiting my revisions, or maybe a full rewrite, or a one-way trip to the bin.

• Star Augur - still simmering away on the back burner.

Input - What I'm reading, watching, listening to, etc.

Reading - who has time for this, really?

Watching - thank god we are done with Vampire Diaries, it ended blandly. Chilling Adventures of Sabrina is helping us recover, and just in time for my favourite time of year Spooky Season.
