I have learned something...

I woke up this morning realizing that I really do NOT like maintaining a blog.

There is something about the format that makes my thoughts freeze up. Some part of me thinks that this is a BLOG, so don't screw it up. My writing becomes formal and stilted. The ideas do not flow. It is stupid really, but it is also me. And I do not fight with me.

And so, no more blogs for me. I have figured out a way to provide updates here in the forum and display them on the home page. It takes me back to running the BadBlood webcomic site. Back then I had to hand-code PHP to get a feed from the Sanctuary forum to display on the home page with each new webcomic page. Those were the heady days before things like Wix that make it so much easier (if less customizable, but then, you are not here for my website coding, are you? Didn't think so).

At any rate, do not be shy. You are welcome to join the forum as a member, and leave comments or questions. I don't bite (like I used to anyways), and would really appreciate the feedback.

Writing update:

• Gem Finder is published here (for FREE!)

• I am editing Ancient History for a possible novella (Vella or Kindle)

• Looking into commissioned cover art for Ancient History
